I founded Spark Labor Law, P.C. to bring clarity, confidence, and strategy to workplace challenges. With over 14 years of experience in labor and employment law, I’ve guided organizations and individuals through negotiations, compliance, and disputes with a steady, practical approach.
My background includes serving as in-house counsel in healthcare at Rochester Regional Health and representing clients across industries including retail, food services, professional services, and manufacturing. I also have experience helping employees and executives with challenging employment matters giving me insight into both sides of the employment relationship. This breadth allows me to deliver balanced, forward-thinking solutions grounded in the realities of today’s workplaces.
At Spark, my mission is simple: provide bright ideas that move clients forward and bold advocacy when it matters most.
Outside of law, I’m a runner, triathlete, and coach. The same discipline and commitment I bring to athletics guide my legal practice, along with a passion for health and wellness that shapes my holistic approach to work and life.
